Inventory Management Module

The SureCommand Inventory Management system helps organizations manage their stock throughout the supply chain and provides insight to the amount and location of products the organization holds. The SureCommand Inventory Management system accounts, categorizes, sorts, arranges, and provides insight into the activities of items in inventory. The goal of the SureCommand Inventory Management system is to improve inventory visibility, minimize the cost of holding inventory, keeping stock levels consistent, and getting products into customers' hands in the most rapid way.

Products

The SureCommand Products List page displays the full list of items by category. Each item will have an item profile with details that include the make, model, production date, stock amount, and turnover of the item. Each item profile will also have reports that display the statistics on the inventory activity. The SureCommand system integrates the inventory management system with the accounting module for greater transactional accuracy by enabling users to add inventory through the accounting expense templates.

Fleet

The SureCommand Fleet Management page shows administrators the full list of vehicle details. The Fleet pages gives administrators visibility about the condition and requirements for each vehicle. The Fleet Management system receives its information from this page to allow users to administer vehicle related transactions.

Suppliers

The SureCommand Inventory Suppliers page enables administrators to view the list of suppliers, their products, services, and historic pricing. This page provides administrators the visibility to view the list of supplier options and details. Inventory administrators will be able to view the supplier details like lead times and delivery

Services

The SureCommand Service List page displays the full list of services your organization provides. Each service will have a service profile where the user can add a description and area of availability. The service type can be automatically connected to the scheduling module for accurate customer billing.

Subscription

The SureCommand Subscription Management system provides features that process customer lifecycle operations like administering trials, assigning credits, issuing refunds, and making mid-cycle subscription changes. The recurring subscriber billing is automated and provides dynamic flexibility for billing actions that cannot always be scheduled. The SureCommand System can integrate with websites that want to offer subscription payment options.
