SureCommand Inc. commenced operations on November 24th, 2006, in Toronto, Canada with the aim of developing Canada's first indigenous Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. SureCommand Inc. began development of the SureCommand management system in the winter of 2007 to help Canadian organizations more efficiently manage their operations, improve customer relations, reduce environmental impact, better navigate through highly regulated economies, and increase employee satisfaction.
Timeline of System Development
The SureCommand system is divided into separate modules that serves the needs of each specific department. These modules were developed by individual teams that specialised in their fields at separate times. The list below illustrates the timeline of development.
In the summer of 2008, SureCommand Inc. introduced the first SureCommand module for the education sector. The SureCommand Learning Management System (LRMS) helps education organizations with in-class and online training management.
In the winter of 2010, the SureCommand development team introduced the Recruiting and Placement Module that connected thousands of graduates with employers seeking new hires. This system was proven highly successful in the Security Guard industry where 71 000 Security Guard graduates were employed by Security Agencies seeking new hires.
In the winter of 2012, the SureCommand development team introduced the Accounting Module believe to be the first Canadian ERP integrated accounting software. This meant that financial transactions were now integrated with the rest of the operation, reducing manual transactions and accounting errors.
In the summer of 2012, the SureCommand development team added the Financing Submodule to the existing accounting module to help Financing Organizations manage loans more efficiently.
In the new year of 2013, the SureCommand development team introduced the Scheduling Module. The SureCommand Scheduling system is designed to be feature rich, highly visible, and report comprehensive to ensure the absolute scheduling flexibility in a challenging and dynamic environment.
In the winter of 2014, the SureCommand development team added the Payroll Submodule. This module was introduced to specifically process Canadian payroll requirements with dynamic features that auto calculates premium pay eligibilities according to Canadian Law.
In the winter of 2015, the SureCommand development team introduced the Human Resources Module to help Canadian businesses meet their regulatory workplace compliance requirements, improve recruitment, reduce attrition, manage issues, and elevate employer and employee relationships.
In the new year of 2016, the SureCommand development team released the Inventory Submodule as a compliment to the accounting module. Through API integration, organizations can manage and post their inventory on online marketplaces with real-time automatic adjustments to stock numbers.
In the winter of 2017, the SureCommand development team introduced the Operations Management system to manage work orders such as tasks, projects, and programs. The system also makes visible any critical operational information with special alert indicators.
In the autumn of 2017, the SureCommand development team introduced the Customer Relations Management (CRM) system to help organizations manage sales funnels, promotions, campaigns, and maintain existing relationships.
In the Summer of 2018, the SureCommand development team introduced the Professional Networking System to help professionals communicate with other professionals and to expand their network. The professional network can also act as a lead generator for many organizations.
In the summer of 2019, the SureCommand development team introduced the Fleet Management system with GPS tracking and vehicle OBD diagnostics and activity monitoring. This system was designed to streamline fleet management operations.
In 2020, the SureCommand development team worked to Optimize the program to enhance speed and reliability. The system optimization will help the SureCommand system perform large volume and complex transactions.
In 2021, the SureCommand development team worked to Improve the Security, Legal, and Education industry modules with new structural enhancements that improved flexibility and simplified transactions.
In the summer of 2022, the SureCommand development team improved the Consumer Portal system. New features and layout improved customer experience, service, and communication with the organization serving them.
In the new year of 2023, the SureCommand development team introduced the Affiliate Referral incentive program to expand the number of registered users from 278 000 to 1 million users by year end.
